Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program / Project Manager to join a dynamic Cloud Security organization focused on enabling secure, enterprise-scale adoption of cloud-native technologies. This role will be responsible for planning, tracking, reporting, and managing complex cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic progress across multiple cloud security teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication, organization, and leadership skills, with proven experience managing cloud-related or application migration projects in large, distributed environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with global cloud security teams and stakeholders to enable secure and efficient use of cloud services.
Identify project contributors, define project scope, establish timelines, and maintain regular progress cadences.
Lead efforts to integrate, configure, document, and publish Strategic Program systems and processes.
Proactively resolve project issues and remove blockers to ensure engineering teams meet objectives.
Communicate project goals, KPIs, and key results effectively to senior and executive stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects across departments, ensuring timely delivery and effective risk mitigation.
Build and maintain strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment and execution efficiency.
Create visual tools and reports to communicate progress, dependencies, and capability tracking.
Apply Agile methodologies and best practices to manage workflows and project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong organizational and risk management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Zoom, Jira (JQL), Confluence, and Roadmunk.
Hands-on experience developing detailed project plans, tracking milestones, and managing deliverables.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and ceremonies.
Experience managing application migration or cloud-related projects.
Ability to quickly ramp up, learn new technologies, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with Power BI and data visualization for reporting.
Knowledge of cloud security within Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud environments.

Prior experience in the financial industry.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Cloud Certifications (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
Ability to incorporate AI tools or automation to improve project efficiency.
