Implementation Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Implementation Manager with a strong background in Accounts Payable software to join our team. In this client-facing role, you will lead the implementation of TranscendAP's platform for enterprise customers, acting as both a functional expert and project manager throughout the implementation and post-go-live phases.

You will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful product deployment, user adoption, and long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients, including planning, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Understand and document client business processes and translate them into system requirements and configurations
  • Coordinate with product, development, and support teams to resolve implementation issues
  • Deliver post-implementation support to ensure client success and effective use of the TranscendAP platform
  • Drive client engagement, identify opportunities for expansion, and advocate for customer needs internally
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards
  • Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in software implementation, preferably within Accounts Payable, ERP, or FinTech solutions
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent client projects with successful outcomes
  • Deep understanding of Accounts Payable processes, challenges, and solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
  • Experience working in fast-paced, startup or early-growth environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
