Required Skills
- Minimum of 15 years of experience required.
- ServiceNow CMDB / AMDB processes, data model, configuration, assessment & data cleanup
- CSDM-led CMDB implementation (minimum 2+ years)
- CMDB Normalization, Identification & Reconciliation (IRE)
- CMDB Health Dashboard / Workspace & custom reporting
- Service Catalog development and ServiceNow customization
- ServiceNow Discovery (ITOM): installation, configuration, troubleshooting
- Custom Discovery Patterns, Probes & Sensors; MID Server configuration
- Service Mapping: design, implementation & maintenance (5+ years)
- Strong scripting skills and maintainable coding practices
- Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, adapters, custom connectors
- Import Sets & Transform Maps; external data source integration
- Strong understanding of CMDB classes, relationships & dependencies
- ITIL Foundation certification (mandatory)
- ServiceNow ITOM / Discovery / Service Mapping certifications (preferred)
