Job Description:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve tperson Solution Architecture organization and internal technology IT teams manage Solution Architecture organization processes. Track progress and personlp tperson team achieve their commitments.
  • Progress monitored daily when problems are identified work with team to develop corrective actions.
  • Manage and report on Solution Architecture KPI and dashboards Ensure Solution Architecture team members understand Solution Architecture processes and support tperson team in following them.
  • Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across tperson team.
  • Collaborate with tperson team in scheduling work, including defect remediation and refactoring, guarding against tperson accumulation of technical debt.
  • Run Solution Architecture office hours and daily stand ups Create and maintain a personality Solution Architecture SharePoint. Create plan to enrich Solution Architecture SharePoint and follow up with accountable Solution Architects QUALIFICATIONS- Degree - information technology or business or related field- In-depth knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)- Exceptional people skills.
  • Comfortable working with a diverse group of people and serve as arbitrator when conflicts arise.-
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must-Have Requirements- 5 years of experience- Experience in Project Management and serving as Scrum Master- Expert level in Jira and ability to generate meaningful and consumable dashboard from Jira data- Expert level in organization of Jira requests to surface actionable data- Expert level in excel and PowerPoint- Demonstrate ability in using AI toolkit (Microsoft CoPilot) to facilitate automate reports Location- Hybrid position in Quincy, MA- 2-3 days a week onsite- Not open to fully remote candidates

    Essential Skills: Solution Architecture (SA) Administrator Scrum Master is an administrator to Solution Architecture Governance team. Solution Architecture Administrator Scrum Master shall personlp Solution Architecture Governance team manage SAs Jira, SharePoint site, reporting, resource planning and budgeting.
