Job Title: Programmer Analyst - Sr. Genesys Developer
Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid 2 days/week onsite)
Interview: In-person or MS Teams
Job Description:
- System Design & Configuration Design, implement, and maintain scalable Genesys environments, configure IWD workbins/routing logic, and manage framework components and agents.
- Rules & Workflow Development Create dynamic routing rules, prioritize workloads, design multi-channel workflows (email, file capture, work items), and integrate email/document ingestion.
- Reporting & Analysis Develop real-time dashboards (Pulse), historical reports (InfoMart, SAP BO), and perform SLA/capacity/performance analysis.
- Support & Optimization Provide troubleshooting, root cause analysis, SQL-based data support, and system health monitoring to ensure high availability and performance.
