Job Details
1. Application Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ERP, MES, SCE, CPQ, and other enterprise applications.
- Collaborate directly with end-users to identify, diagnose, and resolve functional and technical issues efficiently.
- Partner with third-party vendors to escalate and manage resolution of complex software issues.
- Utilize automation tools to streamline routine support tasks and drive operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with HTML, XML, XSLT, Infor OS, iSeries development, web development, or automation tools is a plus.
2. System Administration & Maintenance
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and patching with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Manage integrations, ETL processes, and APIs to ensure seamless connectivity between enterprise systems.
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation and ensure consistent data integrity across platforms.
3. Process Improvement
- Analyze current business processes and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with key departments such as Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance to gather requirements and implement process improvements.
- Support enterprise-wide process reengineering initiatives by leveraging system capabilities.
4. Training & Documentation
- Design and deliver user training sessions to improve system utilization and end-user confidence.
- Develop and maintain user guides, troubleshooting documentation, and standard operating procedures.
5. API & Integration Management
- Support the implementation and maintenance of API integrations to ensure smooth data flow between systems.
- Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of custom integrations aligned with business needs.
6. Reporting & Analytics
- Generate reports and dashboards to support business intelligence and decision-making.
- Assist users in creating ad hoc reports and resolving reporting-related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise application support, ideally with Infor or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of enterprise system architecture, integrations, and workflows.
- Proficient in SQL and relational database management.
- Strong skills in API management and data transformation techniques.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective training and documentation.
