Job Title: Sales Operations Manager, Ecosystems

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Duties:
Provide in-depth analysis of partner program data in order to calculate partners' program compliance, product specializations, and competencies.
Support the operational aspects of the global partner program, such as, program compliance, incentives, rebates, discounting, deal registration.
Develop reports and dashboards to analyze KPI's and leading indicators that can help evaluate and assess the health of the business.
Review and identify areas for improvement leading to operational efficiency, process optimization and field acceleration (tools, process, and programs)
Identify potential process improvement opportunities and spearhead solutions
Conduct trainings and materials around channel processes, enabling channel sales teams
Validate assumptions, gather input, and execute on channel related deliverables
Generate analytics (Gsheet, Tableau CRM dashboards) around channel initiatives and key sales objectives (KSO) and distribute to channel sales and leadership
Manage large datasets in Gsheet and Tableau CRM, performing regular audits for data integrity
Interface regularly with functional areas – Channel Sales, Global Sales, Operations, IT, Channel Marketing, Channel Programs, and Finance

Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Finance or related field
5+ years of related experience (sales operations preferred)
Experience supporting channel sales teams and other indirect routes to market (resellers, distributors, system integrators, service providers, etc.)
Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and analytics in support of a sales organization
Ability to coordinate programs cross-functionally to deliver on-time measurable results.
Strategic thinking, business analysis, problem-solving, collaboration, presentation, and communications skills.
In depth knowledge of Salesforce.com / PRM and Excel (advanced skills is a must) and a working knowledge of G-Suite.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced growth environment
Experience building process documentation and training internal/external stakeholders as needed
