Role/Title: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Product Manager

Job Description:

• Three (3) years of FTE experience in understanding end-to-end product development cycles developing products; UX conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining product road maps and specifications, production timetables, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; and developing service to market strategies; and managing client service relations.
• Possess a bachelor s degree. Successful completion of a bootcamp in a related field plus an additional year of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement."
• Four (4) years of FTE experience in Agile software development as a Product Owner, managing software applications and tools."
• Three (3) years of FTE experience working with Jira to manage product backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning. "
• One (1) year of FTE experience collaborating with AI engineers to define and refine AI model requirements and ensure product-market fit."
• Experience with AI governance and ethical AI considerations.
• Experience in managing AI product roadmaps for cloud-based AI services.
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Services, and integration of AI models into business workflows.
• Experience in user research and AI model interpretability/usability improvements.
• Prior experience in government, healthcare, or regulated AI applications.
