The Impact you will have in this role:
Securities pricing is used in the clearing, settlement, and risk management functions within DTCC. The Securities Valuation Senior Associate (Team Lead) is responsible for managing pricing analysts across equity and fixed income securities to support the Financial Risk & Governance business's client and regulatory obligations. The position requires a person with good leadership, communication and documentation skills who can manage and work well within a team that spans multiple time zones and countries. The position will also require a business analyst mentality to help drive business improvements and assess future state business models. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of reference data, data analytics, an innovative mentality, and the ability to work with both the business and technology teams.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience either with Securities Pricing, Data Management or Risk
Bachelor's degree
Experience with Equity and/or Fixed Income securities
Experience with Bloomberg Terminal and/or LSEG Eikon is a plus
Experience with Agile/Scrum/JIRA, Power BI and/or other Business Intelligence tools is a plus

Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful implementation of projects/initiatives
Intellectually curious, think boldly and out of the box, and confidently pursue challenges
Ability to collect, analyze and visually present data via the use of charts, graphs, or infographics

Project management skills

- Supervise Pricing Analysts to ensure Policies & Procedures are being appropriately followed
- Manage third party risk by being the main supervisory liaison between analysts and vendors. Continually improve the governance over pricing vendors
- Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews and benchmark testing
- Communicate pricing updates and metrics at customer forums
- Work in partnership with Risk and Data Integrity teams to develop appropriate pricing quality controls and reporting processes
- Develop innovative solutions, dashboards and metrics using Data Analytic principles
- Collaborate with internal management, business customers, technology partners and external service providers
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Management and Application Development (AD) teams using the Agile framework to prepare business requirements and partner on successful project implementations.
