Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Infrastructure Engineer with a strong foundation in IT support and customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working collaboratively, and providing exceptional service to internal business partners. While technical skills are important, this position places a strong emphasis on communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide face-to-face and remote IT support to internal users across the U.S.
  • Assist with hardware/software rollouts, including imaging, installations, and migrations.
  • Respond to technical inquiries via phone, email, IM, and walk-up support.
  • Manage IT asset systems, review hardware inventories, and track warranty statuses.
  • Submit and manage security access requests for internal systems.
  • Collaborate with business units to support advisors and internal teams.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field is required.
  • Internship or professional experience in IT support, troubleshooting, or customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels and adapt to change.
  • Proven problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in call center or customer service environments.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as:
    • Windows OS, Microsoft Office
    • Citrix Receiver/XenDesktop/XenApp
    • Cisco LAN/WAN/Wireless networking
    • Mobile devices (iPads, laptops, desktops)

  • No tiered helpdesk structure-issues are resolved through teamwork and shared expertise.

  • Two rounds of interviews.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
