Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and networks.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
- Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard IT infrastructure.
- Manage network servers, databases, and technology tools.
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and workstations.
- Perform patch management and system upgrades with new releases and models.
- Provide expert-level guidance and serve as a technical lead when needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of databases, networks (LAN/WAN), and patch management.
- Hands-on experience with various operating systems and platforms.
- Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
