Title: SAP Business Systems Analyst
Location: Minneapolis, MN
*Up to approximately 15% travel may be required
Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire

General Description:
SAP Business Systems Analyst will utilize SAP knowledge as well as business experience to support, grow, and continuously improve client use of SAP to meet current and future business requirements. This role will primarily provide day to day operational SAP support primarily within the PP, MM, WM, QM, & PM modules. This role will need the ability to manage and prioritize competing issues spanning multiple process areas while also demonstrating discretion and independent judgement in support of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide level 1 end user support within the PP, MM, WM, QM, & PM modules to ensure day to day business operations are continuous
- Assist the business in monitoring inventory positions and monitoring production processing errors.
- Monitor key master data elements to ensure accurate reporting for the business
- Support break-fix and production issues
- Perform standard system configuration to meet new business requirements
- Communicate and document system changes to the business.
- Document and deliver initial end user training as necessary.
- Gain exposure to and proficiency in peripheral SAP modules (FI/CO & SD) as well as additional operating systems (Salesforce, Esker, Concur)
Education/Experience Required:
- Minimum of a four-year college degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance or other relevant subject area
- 5+ years professional experience in IT, Business, Manufacturing or a related field
Skills Required:
- Experience supporting a global, multi-site implementation of SAP ERP ECC 6.0 or above
- Expert knowledge in primary SAP module (PP, MM, WM, QM, PM)
- Drive and capacity to grow knowledge in secondary+ SAP module(s)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
- Strong facilitation skills, including leveraging electronic collaboration tools such as Teams
- Proven ability to successfully elicit from stakeholders business requirements (e.g. functional, performance, usability, compliance, technical)
- Working knowledge of industry standard procedures related to IT Incident, Request and Change Management processes
- Experience with end user support
