QuickBase Developer

Location: Cumming, GA (Local candidates highly preferred – Onsite/Hybrid.
Remote option available for exceptional candidates.)
Duration: 6 Months (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced QuickBase Developer to design, develop, and optimize business applications on the QuickBase platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable, user-friendly solutions that streamline operations and improve data visibility across teams.

< data-start=696 data-end=726>Key Responsibilities:</>

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom QuickBase applications to support business needs.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.

  • Develop automation workflows, formulas, and integrations to enhance system efficiency.

  • Create dashboards, reports, and analytics for end-user visibility.

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing QuickBase applications.

  • Integrate QuickBase with other systems and data sources (e.g., via API, pipelines, or middleware tools).

  • Ensure application security, scalability, and performance.

  • Provide technical documentation and user training as needed.

< data-start=1364 data-end=1406>Required Skills & Qualifications:</>

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with QuickBase development.

  • Proven experience designing and implementing custom apps, roles, and permissions in QuickBase.

  • Strong understanding of QuickBase Pipelines, APIs, and webhooks.

  • Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful integrations preferred.

  • Experience with data modeling, workflow automation, and business process optimization.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • QuickBase Certification(s)

  • Experience integrating QuickBase with third-party platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.)

  • Background in project management or process improvement.
