We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst with expertise in SuccessFactors HCM to join our team and help us leverage technology for optimizing our clients HR processes and employee engagement.

  • The Business Analyst - SuccessFactors HCM is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of SuccessFactors HCM, a cloud-based human capital management (HCM) system.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with all aspects of the SuccessFactors HCM suite, including Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Performance & Goals, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development.
  • The SuccessFactors Business Analyst provides implementation leadership, functional expertise, and technical expertise for global HR technology platforms and HCM master data
  • This role solicits, analyzes, and documents business requirements as well as translates business requirements into technical specifications
  • This role integrates/interfaces our SAP SuccessFactors implementation with SAP ERP HCM other related, HR and non-HR technology platforms and processes
  • This role also provides a mix of business process, technical, and administrative data management support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering:
    • Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for SuccessFactors HCM
    • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and pain points related to SuccessFactors HCM
  • Analysis and Documentation :
    • Analyze business processes and translate them into clear and comprehensive documentation. Develop process models, use cases, and workflow diagrams
  • Solution Design
    • Work with technical teams to design and configure solutions within SuccessFactors HCM that align with business needs. Ensure optimal utilization of the platform.
  • Data Analysis
    • Extract, transform, and analyze HR data from SuccessFactors to provide actionable insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance
    • Develop test cases, conduct testing, and ensure the quality and reliability of implemented solutions.
  • Change Management
    • Assist in change management efforts by providing support for end-users and helping to manage the transition to new processes and systems
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Stay updated on the latest SuccessFactors HCM features and industry best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Training
    • Provide training and support to HR and end-users to ensure successful adoption of SuccessFactors HCM solutions,
  • Design and develop functional specifications for new and existing SuccessFactors HCM processes
  • Configure and customize SuccessFactors HCM to meet the specific needs of the organization
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and provide

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field
  • Proven experience as a Business analyst with a focus on SuccessFactors JCM
  • In-dept knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning Management, and Recruitment
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in HR Analytics and data visualization tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with HR process and best practices
  • Experience/ knowledge of business operations/processes to include analysis, design, documentation, using industry best practices and standards
  • Understanding of system implementation, integration and IT dependencies while driving the implementation/Integration projects.
