We are seeing remarkable growth in the past few years and we are now looking to hire a Channel Sales Manager who can complement the existing team and be a part of the future growth at Forsys.


The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for executing the partner strategy, building the brand awareness and aligning with the Partner Sales teams and the respective clients. This will be a very exciting role that gives an opportunity to work with Forsys s partners, sales and marketing teams, and the Forsys Solutions team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work with Partner Sales, marketing teams to achieve revenue goals. Participate in partner events, SKOs to educate their sales teams on Forsys s capabilities and how we can team-up to win together.

  • Develop a joint strategy and GTM plan that includes investments in Practice Development, co-selling & sourcing revenue, and development of solutions.

  • Build positive working relationships with partner sales to maximize subscription and service sales

  • Coordinate with partner sales teams to identify key sales opportunities to generate revenue.

  • Work with Demand Gen team/Agencies to identify Direct customers for new business opportunities

  • Take ownership of customers through the life of service to identify any additional opportunities to help grow the account.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies for lead generation.

  • Participate in business review and revenue forecasting activities.


About you

  • MBA or graduate degree in a management, technical, or engineering field.

  • 5+ years channel sales or partner leadership and business development experience working in alliances and partnerships

  • Experience engaging and influencing partner sales executives

  • Strong project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving timely deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization

  • Willing to travel to meet with partners, customers and stakeholders, attend events and support field teams on-site, as needed

  • Familiarity with QTC (Quote-to-Cash) and in general the Salesforce/Conga/Oracle ecosystem is preferred.
