Responsibilities
Team Lead specific tasks include:
- Managing a team of up to three additional employees.
- Conducting performance reporting.
- Meeting assigned project deadlines.
- Participating in leadership meetings.
- Assisting with PM directed initiatives.
Senior Administrator specific tasks include:
- Standard Active Directory Operations.
- Support Ticket Troubleshooting and Resolution.
- Creation, maintenance, and enhancement of team processes and documentation.
- Active Directory Windows Server functional support for GPO.
- Issue resolution coordination with various technical and managerial stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Current Top-Secret w/ SCI Clearance (as reported in DISS).
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED.
- Minimum five (5) years of systems administration with advanced administration privileges.
- DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification such as CompTIA Security+.
- In-depth working knowledge of MS Active Directory.
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, or otherwise move and position computer/network equipment weighing up to 35 lbs.
Desired Qualifications:
- MCSA Server 2016, or Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Two (2) years supervisory experience.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft PowerShell in a variety of applications.
- Experience with the administration and operation of Microsoft Exchange Server 2016.
- Knowledge of IT service desk requirements and operations.
- Experience with IT Service Management ticketing software (SCSM, or ServiceNow).
