Lead Systems Administrator (Active TS/SCI Clearance required)

The Lead Systems Administrator performs advanced systems administrator functions for our customer while also serving as contractor Team Lead.

Responsibilities

Team Lead specific tasks include:

• Managing a team of up to three additional employees.
• Conducting performance reporting.
• Meeting assigned project deadlines.
• Participating in leadership meetings.
• Assisting with PM directed initiatives.

Senior Administrator specific tasks include:

• Standard Active Directory Operations.
• Support Ticket Troubleshooting and Resolution.
• Creation, maintenance, and enhancement of team processes and documentation.
• Active Directory Windows Server functional support for GPO.
• Issue resolution coordination with various technical and managerial stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Current Top-Secret w/ SCI Clearance (as reported in DISS).
• Minimum High School Diploma/GED.
• Minimum five (5) years of systems administration with advanced administration privileges.
• DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification such as CompTIA Security+.
• In-depth working knowledge of MS Active Directory.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, or otherwise move and position computer/network equipment weighing up to 35 lbs.

Desired Qualifications:

• MCSA Server 2016, or Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Two (2) years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft PowerShell in a variety of applications.
• Experience with the administration and operation of Microsoft Exchange Server 2016.
• Knowledge of IT service desk requirements and operations.
• Experience with IT Service Management ticketing software (SCSM, or ServiceNow).
