Job Details
- 15+ years of IT experience and 8+ years of Scrum master experience
- Strong knowledge in SAFe framework
- Strong knowledge in agile tools like Rally, JIRA etc
- Manage project scope and timeline. Coaching team members in Agile framework
- Co-ordinate different agile ceremonies and multiple cross functional teams
- Resolve conflicts and enable on time delivery with quality
- Excellent communication and team player
- Domain knowledge in banking and risk management is a plus
Scrum master certification is a plus
