You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience as Model-Based System Engineer, performing engineering analysis and developing systems engineering products for DoD or government systems
  • 3+ years of experience with the practical application of SysML, UML, DoDAF, or UAF using MBSE tools such as Cameo or MagicDraw, SparxEA, DOORS, or IBM rhapsody
  • Experience with the development of technical specifications, interface control documents, and system architecture, including using digital engineering tools
  • Experience with the system engineering life cycle, including requirements, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment for major DoD weapon systems
  • Experience with the aerospace and defense industry, systems engineering for C2 systems, defense communications systems, or the Defense Information Systems Network ( DISN )
  • Ability to perform multiple systems engineering functions in support of design reviews and requirements verification
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience performing in Agile environments
  • Knowledge of using system models during government engineering reviews
  • Knowledge of system engineering disciplines, including configuration management, risk management, and cybersecurity
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Top Secret clearance
  • OCSMP Fundamental Certi?cation
  • INCOSE CSEP Certification


Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
