Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience in technology operations or service management.
3+ years of hands-on experience in RCA methodologies, reporting, problem management.
Knowledge of infrastructure, cloud platforms, and application support.
Exposure to ITIL framework and best practices and strong documentation
Proficiency in technology service management tools (e.g., Jira Service Management).
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management
Nice to have skills:
Analyze incident trends and recurring issues to identify underlying problems.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and documenting findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
Support the Problem Management Lead in tracking and reporting problem metrics.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across technology operations.
Ensure compliance with internal standards and ITIL best practices.
