Job Details

The Integration Release Manager (IRM) will provide execution leadership throughout the lifecycle of Information Technologies projects supporting IT Integration into client for Business Partners. The Integration RM will be actively involved in understanding requirements and solution design for integration projects to allow for successful implementation of solution delivery during the US-night time. Key aspects of managing the implementation execution are troubleshooting, collaboration, issue resolution and proactive communication updates

Must Have Skills:

  • 0-2 years of professional IT experience, with steadily increasing responsibilities in the IT Infrastructure project management blended with Integration way of thought leadership
  • 1-2 or more years of experience in managing IT Projects, initiatives and deliverables
  • Health Care industry or Fortune 100 size company and complexity experience
  • Experience with Integration processes & practices, methodologies and terminology
  • Excellent collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Experience with hardware and software provisioning, procurement, contract interpretation and or compliance policies and processes
  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science/related field or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of Network and Systems technologies, including Microsoft email solutions
  • Overall 1-2 years of Project Management experience, including:
  • Analysis of requirements and documentation
  • Project Issue and Risk mitigation/resolution
  • Implementation/Deployment plan creation and management
  • Project Communication and follow-up
  • IT experience (Infrastructure, Networking and Datacenter Migration)
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple technical project deployments of varying complexity across global team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to proactively communicate concise, written summaries of issues and resolutions
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to initiate and own all aspects of multiple projects
  • Strong experience utilizing SDLC and Integration methodologies to complete project implementation/deployments
  • Strong inter-personal skills to communicate effectively across all levels and audiences (executives, technologists, engineers, customers, vendors and other business professionals)
  • Actively demonstrate critical thinking within daily activities and across all work deliverables
  • Possesses strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with a can-do" approach to solving problems
  • Demonstrates self-confidence and self-reliance in all aspects of this role, including escalations
  • Demonstrates ability to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
  • Effectively manage and communicate implementation/deployment expectations to global team members and stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Ability to consistently time manage effectively across multiple projects in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Flexibility to adjust when needed, to think in the moment and propose solutions to challenges
