Machine Builder

; Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Machine Builder to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for assembling standard and custom products using mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools and equipment, a strong understanding of blueprints and schematics, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.


; Key Responsibilities Adhere to all workplace safety and product quality policies and proceduresComplete site-specific safety and quality trainingReceive and handle components or materials in the correct assembly sequenceAssemble mechanical and electrical components with precision using hand tools, power tools, and jigs/fixturesFollow written assembly and test instructions (e.g., color codes, wire coding, PVC solvent welding, thread taping)Assemble all variations of in-house standard and custom productsEnter labor data and work hours into ERP system (e.g., SAP), as requiredComplete production and quality documentation accurately and timelyContribute to continuous improvement efforts and perform 5S/housekeeping auditsRead and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams as neededMaintain work area and equipment in a clean, safe conditionAssist with plumbing of products and occasional in-house mechanical/plumbing tasksUpdate and redline technical drawings when necessary


; Required Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of relevant mechanical or assembly experienceProficient in the use of hand tools and simple power toolsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagramsHigh school diploma or GEDBasic computer and documentation skills


; Preferred Qualifications Experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systemsAbility to troubleshoot and rebuild Ozone generatorsFamiliarity with ERP systems, especially SAPPrior experience with plumbing mechanical work or using complex jigs/fixtures


; Certifications None required, but technical certifications are a plus
