Mobile Device Management (MDM) Consultant - JAMF/Apple



POSITION OVERVIEW:


We are seeking a highly skilled MDM Consultant with expertise in JAMF and Apple endpoints to lead and manage our Apple device ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of JAMF, Apple Business Manager (ABM), and Apple identity management solutions, ensuring seamless integration with corporate systems.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Serve as the subject matter expert for JAMF and Apple device management, owning and driving best practices.

  • Manage and administer Apple Business Manager (ABM), including Managed Apple IDs and corporate-owned iPhones.

  • Ensure compliance with electronic communications regulations and corporate policies.

  • Implement and maintain Entra ID / SSO integration for seamless authentication across Apple devices.

  • Deploy and manage Jamf Connect for Mac, optimizing user experience and security.

  • Provide white-glove service for enterprise users, ensuring top-tier support and troubleshooting for Mac and iPhone devices.

  • Collaborate with IT security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to align Apple device management strategies with corporate goals.



REQUIREMENTS:



  • Strong IT support background within O365 and Entra (Azure AD) environments.

  • Expert-level knowledge in JAMF and Apple device management.

  • Hands-on experience with Mac and iPhone devices in an enterprise setting.

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a polished and professional approach to end-user support.

  • Experience with enterprise-level MDM solutions beyond JAMF.

  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks for Apple ecosystems.

  • Strong ability to analyze, optimize, and improve Apple device workflows within the organization.
