Description
We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Technical Analyst II, Digital in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Working in this role, you will support the Digital Product Owner in providing exceptional experiences for our members. This role will involve re-platforming our member portal and strengthening the core functionalities that enable members to interact effectively with their health plans.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Digital Product Owner to gather, document, and analyze technical requirements for the member portal and mobile app re-platforming initiative.
Work with engineering teams to convert business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Identify gaps and opportunities in the current platform architecture to enhance scalability, security, and performance.
Play an active role in re-platforming the portal by evaluating and documenting current processes, recommending enhancements, and supporting implementation efforts.
Ensure core functionalities such as benefit access, claims viewing, and payments are optimized and seamlessly integrated into the new platform.
Act as a bridge between product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical solutions and deliverables.
Collaborate with developers to assess the technical feasibility of proposed features and functionalities.
Assist in testing, validating, and troubleshooting the features to ensure successful deployment.
Identify technical dependencies and limitations, ensuring they are addressed early in the planning and development process to mitigate risks and ensure smooth delivery.
Support quality assurance processes by defining test cases, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring features meet functional and technical requirements.
Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including process flows, use cases, and integration guides.
Maintain clear, concise, and up-to-date documentation for technical solutions, workflows, and processes.
Contribute to initiatives that enhance personalized care experiences by leveraging data and analytics to create meaningful interactions within the portal and app.
Requirements
Proficiency in Documentation, demonstrating the ability to clearly articulate technical processes and procedures.
Experience in Marketing, with an emphasis on leveraging digital platforms.
Solid foundation in Analytics, with a focus on interpreting and acting upon data trends.
Knowledge in Payment Processing, ideally within a digital setting.
Understanding of Planning Processes, including strategic planning and operational planning.
Ability to Design and Implement Strategies that align with company objectives.
Experience with Benefit Functions, including the administration and management of employee benefits.
Familiarity with Hiring Processes, particularly within a technical or digital context.
Knowledge in Security, with a focus on digital and information security.
Ability to Troubleshoot technical issues, with a focus on digital platforms.
Experience in Claim Administration, ideally within a digital setting.
Strong Liaison skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
Proficiency in Digital Engineering, including the development and maintenance of digital systems.
Experience in QA - Quality Assurance, with a focus on maintaining the quality of digital platforms.
Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology and its application in a technical setting.
Ability to effectively engage with Stakeholders at all levels.
Strong Collaboration skills, with an emphasis on working within a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, with a focus on iterative development and incremental delivery.
Experience in Quality Assurance, ensuring the integrity and functionality of digital platforms.
Proficiency in Migration, particularly in the context of digital system upgrades or changes.
Ability to deliver high-quality Deliverables on time and within scope.
Experience with Deployments, particularly within a digital setting.
Understanding of general Principles within the field of digital technology.
