About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect (Microsoft Fabric) to design and implement advanced end-to-end data and analytics solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric and its ecosystem. This role requires deep hands-on experience with data architecture, cloud data engineering, and analytics platforms, particularly across Data Factory, Synapse, Power BI, Data Lake, and Real-Time Analytics components.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can architect scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms to support enterprise data initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect end-to-end data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric.

  • Integrate and manage data pipelines leveraging Data Factory, Synapse, and Data Lake.

  • Develop data models, warehouse structures, and semantic layers for Power BI reporting.

  • Implement real-time data ingestion and analytics pipelines for live business insights.

  • Define data governance, security, and architecture standards to ensure compliance and quality.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders data engineers, analysts, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

  • Optimize data solutions for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency in cloud environments.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or analytics solution design.

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric ecosystem:

    • Data Factory (ETL/ELT pipeline orchestration)

    • Synapse Analytics (data warehousing and analytics)

    • Power BI (data visualization and semantic modeling)

    • Data Lake (data ingestion and storage architecture)

    • Real-Time Analytics (stream processing and live dashboards)

  • Strong understanding of data modeling, metadata management, and data governance.

  • Expertise in SQL, Azure Cloud, and data integration frameworks.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
