Position: SCCM & Endpoint Management Administrator
Location: Kennesaw, GA (Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote after 3 months)
Duration: 12 Months

General Description of Major Tasks of Position
The SCCM & Endpoint Management Administrator is responsible for design and deployment, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune environments. This role ensures secure, compliant, and efficient management of endpoints across the organization, integrating modern cloud-based solutions such as Entra ID and Intune for hybrid and cloud-native device management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create, test, and deploy application packages using SCCM and Intune.
  • Monitor deployment success/failure and handle versioning and updates.
  • Utilize Intune for cloud-based application deployment and lifecycle management.
  • Build and maintain task sequences for Windows imaging.
  • Integrate drivers and updates into OS images.
  • Manage PXE-enabled Distribution Points and troubleshoot OSD failures.
  • Sync with Microsoft Update Catalog. (Patch Management)
  • Create and deploy Software Update Groups (SUGs) based on maintenance windows.
  • Implement Windows Autopatch for automated patching of enrolled devices.
  • Configure inventory collection schedules and customize MOF files.
  • Generate reports for asset tracking and identify unauthorized software.
  • Deploy anti-malware policies and monitor threat detection dashboards.
  • Integrate with Windows Defender ATP and respond to alerts.
  • Use Intune for policy enforcement and remediation.
  • Create configuration items and baselines to enforce security policies.
  • Monitor compliance reports and remediate non-compliant devices using Intune.
  • Monitor client installation status and use health checks/remediation scripts.
  • Reinstall or repair SCCM clients and investigate WMI/service-related issues.
  • Define security roles and scopes across SCCM, Entra ID, and Intune.
  • Audit user activities and enforce least privilege access.
  • Create custom dashboards using SSRS or Power BI.
  • Automate report generation and delivery for compliance, inventory, and deployments.
  • SCCM Infrastructure & Server Maintenance
  • Integration with Intune/Co-Management
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Educational and Work Qualifications

Min 3 5 years of hands-on experience on the following:

  • Microsoft SCCM (Configuration Manager).
  • Microsoft Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Autopilot and Autopatch.
  • PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Windows OS deployment, application packaging, and endpoint security.
  • SSRS, Power BI, and compliance reporting.
  • RBAC, co-management, and hybrid environments.
  • Customer Service, Problem Solving, and Analytical Skills
