Job Details

Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and technical experience (ie: Java, PL/SQL) in order to provide application support for Derivatives Hub (DHub) -- a trade processing and accounting application for Over the Counter (OTC) Derivatives, Listed Options and Futures, and Cleared Derivatives products and for Collateral Tracking and Management (CTM) -- an application that receives custody and accounting transactions for collateral movements and matches them against client instructions.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
Provide technical support and subject matter expertise to Business, IT, and vendors across several global locations.
Perform application builds / deployments.
Triage application, infrastructure, and end-user issues.
Collaborate with team members, developers, testers, end-users, and vendors.
Participation in the SDLC using Industrialized Agile (SCRUM).
Implement automated solutions.

What we value

Technical experience in either C++ , Java, or PL/SQL.

Ability to triage issues using reverse engineering techniques and a methodical approach.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Finance or equivalent.
Experience with financial services applications is a plus.
Experience with Industrialized Agile (SCRUM) is a plus.
Experience with GIT and CLOUD services is a plus.

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $142,500 Annual
