Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives. This individual will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions that are scalable and aligned with Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems and data sources via APIs, middleware, and custom interfaces.

Participate in full application lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document technical requirements and solutions.

Ensure the platform aligns with company policies and compliance standards (e.g., data privacy, security).

Keep current with Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices, and recommend improvements.

Assist in creating technical documentation, user training materials, and support handover.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

2 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.

Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), integration tools, and middleware.

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II or other Salesforce certifications (preferred).

Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security model.

Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git), CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

Background in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Familiarity with testing frameworks and test automation for Salesforce.
