RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Scrum Master in Chicago, IL.
Summary:
We are looking for a Senior-level Scrum Master who is delivery-focused, confident leading planning sessions, and comfortable with multiple project dependencies. This person needs to operate in a flexible SAFe environment, use JIRA effectively (JIRA Align is a plus), and bring experience from larger corporate settings.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 7-10+ years as a Scrum Master in large enterprise settings
* Proven experience leading teams to delivery, not just facilitating ceremonies
* Experienced with JIRA; Experience with JIRA Align is a huge plus
* Strong skills in sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-team coordination
* Comfortable navigating matrixed environments and aligning with business priorities
* Ability to communicate clearly and directly - must answer questions with precision
* Ability to manage cross-functional complexity a must
* Local to Illinois - strong preference
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
