About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and driven Product Manager to lead AI-driven product development initiatives with a strong focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks tailored for the Life Sciences Commercial domain. In this role, you will help shape the next generation of intelligent tools that support pharmaceutical and biotech companies across sales, marketing, field engagement, and analytics use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered products in the life sciences commercial space.

Drive the development of solutions that leverage Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering) and Agentic AI (e.g., multi-agent orchestration, autonomous decisioning).

Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, impactful workflows for commercial teams and insights managers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams engineering, design, data science, and business consulting to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

Engage closely with customers - commercial excellence and business insights teams to validate needs and gather feedback.

Incorporate compliance, privacy, and industry-specific constraints into AI product development, ensuring responsible innovation.

Define KPIs and success metrics; monitor adoption, performance, and user experience.

Support go-to-market efforts, product positioning, and training with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

6 8 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML products.

Hands-on experience working with Generative AI technologies (e.g., OpenAI, LLaMA, Claude, etc.) and familiarity with Agentic AI concepts (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, multi-agent systems).

Proven ability to build products in partnership with technical and non-technical teams.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly collaborative environment.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and modern data architectures (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).

Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms for analytics or engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Domain expertise in Life Sciences Commercial understanding of commercial workflows, marketing analytics, patient journeys, and compliance frameworks is a plus.

Background in computer science, data science, or AI/ML is a plus.
