RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a partially remote Business Quality Analyst to join their team in Alpharetta, GA.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
* Business Quality Analyst will lead business requirements gathering and convert findings into user stories and functional specifications
* Analyze, define, and document business processes and requirements; create comprehensive technical and functional documentation for users
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop detailed specifications based on best practices and work group analysis
* Develop robust test cases mapped to business requirements, ensuring coverage of all relevant functionalities
* Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and design effective testing strategies
* Participate in sprint planning, identifying testing needs and potential quality risks early in the development lifecycle
* Design and execute thorough test plans for new features and product releases, covering functional, integration, and edge cases
* Develop and maintain automated test scripts, striving for at least 70% test automation coverage
* Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders, facilitate feedback sessions, and track results
* As a Business Quality Analyst, you will conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or REST Assured, ensuring data integrity and proper system interactions
* Perform performance and load testing to verify scalability and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
* Document and track defects in JIRA, providing detailed reproduction steps and collaborating with developers to resolve issues
* Advocate for quality best practices across the organization
* Maintain and update test environments to accurately reflect production configurations
* Create and manage detailed test documentation, including test cases, test data, and testing guidelines

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
* 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance and testing
* Experience with API testing tools and methodologies
* Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and test management platforms
* Experience with Sitecore
* Knowledge of SQL and database testing concepts
* Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
* Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and effective team collaboration
* Familiarity with Cloudflare, Datadog, and OneTrust cookie compliance is preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
