Job Details

Requirements:
  • 5 or more years of experience in ITIL-based IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Proficiency in Jira Service Management (JSM) and Jira Software administration.
  • Experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and process optimization.
  • Experience with integrating Jira workflows with ITAM tools, such as Device42.
  • Experience with assessing ITSM maturity and developing comprehensive roadmaps.
  • Experience with ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification and best practice alignment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate current organizational usage of Jira Service Management for ITSM processes.
  • Review Jira Software usage to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze the integration of Jira-related activities with the asset management system.
  • Develop a comprehensive roadmap for short-term and long-term process enhancements.
  • Identify and implement quick wins to improve efficiency and tool adoption across teams.
  • Conduct workshops and walkthroughs to validate process and system recommendations.
  • Guide internal stakeholders on best practices for ITSM and ITAM optimization.
