Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated RFP Developer to join our team for a project with our esteemed client. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, Government procurement policies proven track record of delivering quality results.
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and edit RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other procurement documents for government IT projects.
- Collaborate with technical teams, legal, and procurement staff to gather requirements and define scope.
- Ensure solicitations comply with government procurement policies, regulations, and standards.
- Define evaluation criteria, contract terms, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate and support pre-bid meetings, vendor Q&A, and solicitation amendments.
- Assist in evaluating vendor responses and preparing award documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in RFP development for government IT projects.
- Strong understanding of public procurement laws, processes, and formats (state/local/federal).
- Excellent writing, communication, and document organization skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a government or consulting environment.
