Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, Privacy, Marketing, Legal , compliance, Risk and operations) to build out relevant product features.
- Facilitate Agile processes such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story definition.
- Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback to guide product build.
- Track key metrics and outcomes
- Build Control framework, process and procedure for owned product.
Core Skills:
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to Credit Card business
- Experience creating and running project(s) with clear planning and milestones
- Strong technical understanding base: Developing technical solutions
- Familiarity with regulatory framework in financial technology
