We are seeking an experienced Tier 2 and Tier 3 Network Engineer to support LAN and Wi-Fi operations. The role involves troubleshooting Layer 1/2 connectivity issues, managing ServiceNow tickets, supporting switches, routers, cabling, and providing escalation support from Tier 1. Candidate will collaborate with Tier 3 engineers for complex issues and ensure network reliability and performance.
Required Skills:
3 to 5+ years of LAN/Wi-Fi support experience (TCP/IP, VLANs, STP).
Hands-on with Cisco Meraki, HPE Aruba, Juniper Mist, Fortinet.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills (Layer 1/2).
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred: Cisco or equivalent Networking certifications.
