Hiring on behalf of our retail client for an IT Business Systems Manager (Functional Oracle Cloud Applications)

Are you a tech-savvy finance systems expert ready to lead transformation? You will help to drive innovation and optimization across our Oracle Cloud ERP ecosystem. In this strategic role, you'll be the SME and partner with Accounting and Finance teams to streamline processes, enhance automation, and support enterprise-wide applications.


What You'll Do:



  • Lead Oracle ERP system optimization and integration across business functions.

  • Drive strategic IT initiatives, including e-commerce expansion and automation.

  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless support and delivery.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and support financial systems.

  • Ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement.


What You Bring:



  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance/Accounting modules) to include but not limited to AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Projects, and Financial Close.

  • Experience in Enterprise Application Support: ERP, EPM, EDM, ADW, CDM, MDM, Manufacturing, Ordering, and other business-critical applications.

  • Proven leadership, analytical thinking, and project management skills.

  • Experience in financial services, systems, and regulatory compliance.

  • Bonus: Retail industry experience and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
