Job Title: SPC Analyst
Location: Maplewood, MN (Onsite)
Schedule: Standard Business Hours, M-F
Contract Type: W2 Contract
Pay Rate: $25-27/hour


Position Overview

Our client, a leading medical manufacturing company is seeking an SPC Analyst to join their team in Maplewood, MN. In this role, you ll take ownership of troubleshooting and resolving transportation management discrepancies for international freight execution. You ll collaborate with freight forwarders, monitor daily performance reports, and ensure delays are addressed quickly and accurately.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who s detail-oriented, organized, and eager to take initiative in a fast-paced logistics environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on transportation management discrepancies and failures in international freight execution.

  • Monitor daily discrepancy logs with freight forwarders and provide initial root cause analysis.

  • Ensure timely resolution and follow-up actions.

  • Manage transfer freight processes and document root cause findings.

  • Investigate aging freight delays using Proactive Monitor Reporting.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

  • Exposure to international operations.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proven prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-starter with a proactive, go-getter attitude.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Willingness to take ownership of processes.

  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Adaptability to changing priorities.
