Job description:

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience in Workday development, integration, or configuration.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Workday Studio
    • EIB and Core Connectors
    • Workday Reporting (Advanced, Composite, Matrix, BIRT)
    • Workday Security model
    • Web Services (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON)
  • Understanding of HCM and/or Financials modules.
  • Experience with data transformation tools (XSLT, XPath).
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodology, and version control (Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday certifications (e.g., Workday Studio, Integration, or Reporting).
  • Experience with Workday Extend application development.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes for Workday deployments.
  • Experience in large enterprise or multi-tenant Workday environments.
