Now Hiring for a Portfolio Manager Associate (Supply Chain Analyst) for a healthcare organization in the Twin Cities metro!!!
Description
Products will be escalated to this person from a product specialist via email. From there this person pulls information on potential subs (Understanding what qualities are similar and what other manufacturers make similar products and are they available). They will pull the order history to see who is using them. They will then partner with nursing leaders from those specific areas. They will schedule and facilitate virtual meetings with clinicians to discuss potential alternatives and what the differences area and get approval. They will then get approval and draft written communication to inform staff of product change. They will be using Lumere (new product introduction tool), Cardinal (distributor), ECRI (recall management system), Premier (GPO). Within Peoplesoft they will be pulling multiple reports to understand data use, substitutes that are already set up, downloading and manipulating reports from Peoplesoft to go to the right end users to vet products.
MUST HAVES:
BA / BS degree
2+ years as a supply chain analyst, product analyst, or portfolio assistant role
2+ years of working with Peoplesoft in a product analyst capacity
Healthcare experience will be strongly preferred
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 8am-430pm or 830am-5pm
Pay:
$37-$45/HR (based on experience)
