Senior Aerospace CFD Engineer/Boston

My client is a leading innovator in cloud-based simulation software for the manufacturing industry. Their state-of-the-art electromagnetic simulation tools empower engineers and designers to optimize performance and enhance efficiency in aerospace applications. They're seeking a Senior Aerospace CFD Engineer to join their growing team.

As a Senior Aerospace CFD Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing their cloud-based electromagnetic simulation software. This position requires extensive hands-on experience with external CFD, meshing, simulation, and postprocessing to drive innovative solutions for the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate is a self starter, and has great communication skills!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hands-on external CFD, meshing, simulation, and postprocessing.
• Proficiency with CFD software tools such as ANSYS Fluent, OpenFOAM, or similar.
• Strong understanding of aerodynamics and fluid dynamics principles.
• Experience with cloud computing and software development is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
