RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Maryland Heights, MO that is seeking a LMS Administrator that serves as the primary point of day-to-day first and second level LMS/LCMS technical support/troubleshooting for employees and partners globally.
Summary:
As an integral part of the global learning and development team, this role will perform Learning Management System (LMS), Learning Content Management System (LCMS) administration, usability design and employee and partner training development project management duties. They will provide 1st and 2nd level technical and functional support for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, usage, analysis, and administration of existing LMS/LCMS technology. The Admin is expected to have a deep understanding of all components, features, and functions of the LMS/LCMS.
Responsibilities:
* Performs various aspects of LMS/LCMS administration
* Configuring and deploying content to the LMS stage and production environments, addressing technical bugs and other system issues from identification through resolution, producing monthly reports on user activity, student attendance, etc.
* Provides user support for LMS/LCMS
* Provides administration function for the Saba Cloud LMS including course and curriculum/certification setup and testing, and user profile administration
* Designs, generates, and distributes helpdesk support, training participation and site metrics reports and dashboards by leveraging knowledge and skills in Saba, Excel, HTML, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
* Provides user support and assists with development projects for Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
* Maintains Training Events Calendar
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
* 0-2+ years of experience in a similar role
* Willing to learn new tools and support the Learning Management Systems
* Familiar with MS Office Suite of applications
* Working understanding HTML/CSS
* Administration experience in Saba Meeting, Microsoft Teams or equivalent preferred
* Ability to deliver user training for Saba and Microsoft Teams virtual events
* Excellent presentation skills
* Requires independent thought, and the foresight to involve management to help resolve difficult problems as they arise
* May require some travel

* Ability to balance/manage/prioritize multiple tasks to maximize productivity

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
