Job Title: Interim HR System Analyst (Workday)


Location: Remote


Duration: 6-12 months


Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced HR System Analyst with a strong background in supporting Workday HR Technology. This interim role is 100% remote and will last between 6 to 12 months. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, with a proven ability to analyze complex HR business processes and translate them into actionable requirements.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Analyze Complex HR Business Processes: Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring alignment with Workday capabilities.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with HR, Agile Scrum Teams, business units, and vendors to gather and document requirements.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing HR processes and implement solutions to address business challenges.

  • Testing: Develop, document, and execute test cases to ensure the integrity and functionality of HR systems.

  • Agile Environment: Work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment; experience with Rally is a plus.

  • Communication: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive-level management.


Must-Haves:



  • Workday Expertise: Extensive experience as a System Analyst or Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for the Workday platform, with specific examples of translating business requirements into technical deliverables.

  • Testing Experience: Proven ability to develop and document test plans.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.


Qualifications:



  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst supporting Workday HR Technology.

  • Strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment; experience with Rally is a plus.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing test cases.

  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, up to the executive level.
