Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking a Data Cloud Developer, to drive the ongoing operations of our SFDC
Development. The platform enables the work of multiple business teams and is a fundamental
component of our Real Estate and Asset Management platform.
What You Will Bring:
DC Delivery
Ensure data flow and integration between Data Cloud and other Salesforce clouds (Sales,
Service, Marketing, Experience, Personalization)
Build and maintain data pipelines to ingest data from external sources and transform it into
usable format with Data Cloud.
Implement data models, identity resolution strategies, and harmonization techniques to create
a unified customer profile.
Develop solutions for activating data within Data cloud for segments and audiences for
marketing campaigns.
Maintain data governance, security, and compliance practices.
Collaborate with CRM teams to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization.
Conduct rigorous QA, A/B testing, and validation of campaigns across devices and platforms.
Recommend improvements based on performance metrics and user behavior.
Partner with architects, designers, and marketers to translate business requirements into
technical solutions.
Maintain documentation for code, configurations, and deployment processes.
SFDC Development
1+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and its functionality.
Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.
Proficiency in SQL.
Experience with Salesforce APIs, connectors, and middleware tools like MuleSoft.
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement is a plus.
Qualifications:
Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification.
Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
