Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Analyze product performance, trends, and KPIs for P&C lines.
Support product updates, rating changes, and underwriting guidelines.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for decision-making.
Document requirements, user stories, and product changes.
Coordinate with underwriting, actuarial, claims, and IT teams.
Assist in UAT and rollout of product enhancements.
Required Skills
P&C insurance experience (Personal or Commercial Lines).
Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel/SQL/BI tools.
Understanding of rating, forms, underwriting, and insurance operations.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
