Job Description
Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Developer (Software Engineer 3) who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a complex system of micro-services responsible for providing customer with up-to-date ML models. This includes developing the APIs for ingest feedback, developing the data controls required for compliant handling of the data, developing data storage and retrieval mechanisms, developing the ETL processes required for data preparation, developing the training jobs to keep the model up to date, developing the APIs for downloading the models, and developing the APIs for allowing the users to interact with the feedback they have provided. This is all being performed on a production-level application, requiring frequent customer support and management of developments via Kubernetes.

Required Skills
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Podman, etc.)
- Experience with Python

- Experience with MongoDB (or AWS DocumentDB)
Required Qualifications
- Twenty (20) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- This position requires in-scope poly, within 7 years.
