Job Description

• Role Purpose: This role is for a Production Operations Support Engineer who will provide L2/L3 support for a Direct Sales program, specifically the Field Rep App and its backend systems. The main goal is to ensure the high availability and performance of these systems.
• Key Responsibilities: The job involves end-to-end troubleshooting across the application stack from the React Native UI and Spring Boot microservices to the Sterling Order Management System (OMS). You'll also use tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and Quantum to monitor, debug, and resolve incidents.
• Core Tasks: You will work closely with development and DevOps teams to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues. A critical part of the job is ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) for incident response are met and providing clear, timely communication to all stakeholders.
• Required Skills: You'll need strong experience in production support, a solid background in troubleshooting React Native and Spring Boot applications, and familiarity with technologies like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk is also essential.
