Test Data Management Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Review and process test data requests submitted via intake portal from various QE teams.
• Communicate with requesters to clarify data requirements and provide estimations.
• Generate, manipulate, and validate test data across systems including UI, database, and APIs.
• Execute manual steps or trigger automations using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions to fulfill data requests.
• Coordinate lifecycle testing scenarios across multiple workstreams.
• Troubleshoot test data issues and verify data completeness and accuracy with requesters.
• Contribute to the enhancement of self-service test data portals and documentation.

• Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to write and debug complex queries for data validation and extraction.
• Familiarity with API handling using tools like Postman or custom scripts.
• Experience with JIRA for managing tickets and tracking Agile activities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience in test data generation, management, and delivery.

• Understanding of Medicare Advantage (MA) and Prescription Drug Plans (PDP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions for test data automation.
• Exposure to test data tools like Delphix or similar platforms.
• Basic DevOps understanding and ability to navigate backend flows and automation triggers.
• Insight into manual UI-based data verification when required.

• 10 12 years of relevant experience in Test Data Management or related engineering roles.
