Overview:
We are seeking an Enterprise IT Project Management Consultant who will support our client. The consultant will focus on evaluating and enhancing enterprise project management practices. The consultant will also support the development of a phased roadmap to implement consistent, enterprise-wide project management practices aligned with industry standards.
Duties:

Familiar with practices defined in the New York Project Management Guidebook and the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) such as scope, staffing, budgeting, scheduling, communications, issues, risks, quality and more.

Evaluate existing Program, Portfolio, and Project Management processes to identify process improvements and future state recommendations.

Assist with engagement management administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, developing meeting agendas, documenting meeting minutes.

Assist with development of PowerPoint meeting presentations.

Assist with development of deliverables, including strong writing skills.

Help establish key performance indicators (KPIs) that support measurement of program and project outcomes and reporting across the portfolio in alignment with CMS expectations.
Mandatory Qualifications:
-
8+ years' experience with large-scale Healthcare solutions.

3+ years of general IT system experience and formal training/education.

3+ years' experience in enterprise systems or projects.

1+ years' New York Project experience

Bachelor's degree
Desirable Qualifications:

Certifications and experience with process improvement techniques (such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PDCA cycles, and Kanban), Project Management, Business Analysis, ITIL or similar.

A Master's Degree.
