IT with Sage 100 Experience

We are looking for an internal IT with Sage 100 experience (3+ years experience, ideally certified) who can handle internal support, proactively optimize Sage 100 and its Resource Management (RM) module (likely Job Cost or Manufacturing modules), and take on light IT tasks. This person would troubleshoot issues, train users, and proactively suggest optimizations (e.g., automating job costing or integrating with shop floor systems) while handling basic IT tasks (e.g., SQL queries, network troubleshooting).

Salary Range: $80k+, depending on experience.

• Core Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot Sage 100 issues (e.g., inventory discrepancies, report errors).
• Optimize Sage 100 modules like Manufacturing or Job Cost for production efficiency (e.g., streamlining BOMs or work orders).
• Train internal users and document processes.
• Perform light IT tasks (e.g., Sage 100 database maintenance, basic server support).
• Requirements:
• 3+ years with Sage 100 ERP, ideally in manufacturing.
• Sage 100 certification (e.g., Sage Certified Consultant/Technician).
• Familiarity with Sage 100 modules (Manufacturing, Inventory, Job Cost).
• Basic IT skills (e.g., SQL, Crystal Reports, or Active Directory).
• Experience with Sage CRM
• Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience with Sage 100 integrations (e.g., barcode scanners, CRM)
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., lean principles).
