Description: Our client is currently seeking a Master Data Supervisor to join their growing team. This will be a hybrid contract role (6+ months) out in Addison Texas two days a week.
Candidates MUST be local to Addison and are expected to be able to work onsite from day one. All candidates who do not meet the criteria will be disqualified immediately.

Position Details and Responsibilities:
This position will support SAP managing workflow for Customer and Supplier changes and updates. This person will be overseeing internal employees working with both sides (Customer and suppliers) and will be responsible for:
- Translating emails into workable tasks tracked in Excel.
- Tracking task status and ensuring the tracker is up-to-date and accurate.
- Responding to the client, managing escalations and prioritizing work.
- Reporting metrics to management.
- Overseeing staff and ensure they are working on the appropriate tasks and at the appropriate pace.
- Having a deep understanding of Master Data stored in SAP.
Manager Requirements:
- Experience with master data. However, this is a process related position not someone doing the technical work * SAP experience (you will need to have experience working within an SAP environment, you don't need technical aptitude with it
- This person needs great attention to detail. They do not have workflow created over the top of there systems, meaning most data comes in via email and they need to pull that into an Excel Spread Sheet and then track completion from there
- 3+ years as a Supervisor
