About the Role:

As Lead Network Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise network. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting complex network issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring the highest levels of security and reliability. Beyond technical expertise, you'll also be a leader, mentoring junior engineers and fostering a collaborative network operations team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain a scalable, secure, and high-performance network infrastructure (LAN, WAN)
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime
  • Configure and manage network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and security solutions
  • Implement and enforce network security policies and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging network technologies and trends
  • Mentor and guide junior network engineers
  • Document network configurations and procedures

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in Network Engineering
  • Solid understanding of enterprise network design and integration principles
  • In-depth knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, etc.)
  • Experience with network troubleshooting methodologies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for technology and a continuous learning mindset
